Alyssa went out back to play in our community yard right behind our house and this is how she came back in the house. We tell her to not climb on the rocks back there but do they ever listen?? Her ear was huge, had a goose egg on the back of her head and a shiner.

We went with our friends & kids to the Strawberry Festival in Marysville. (well, were were minus one as Alyssa is so grown up now that she decided instead of going to the Carnival she wanted to go w/ Gramma to Cashmere to see my side of the family) The kiddos didn't want to stick around for the parade so we just went to play at the carnival. They had a lot of fun!

Alyssa lost her 1st tooth this morning while helping me make another round of Friendship Bread. She was licking the spoon and out came her tooth!

She had to call her Gramma and Papa to tell them the wonderful news. A day out in the sun with mom, dad and Kaylee. The kids had a great time playing in the jumpy house, sprinkler and pool! We had a BBQ too!! Jaedyn had the pool full of his favorite things, 'balls'! He was in heaven! Kaylee on the other hand fell out of the pool (look to the right of the picture!). Feet up in the air and all!

Forest Park 'Water Playground'

Dana and I were wanting to take the kids somewhere fun and outdoors. We found the perfect spot. We were headed to Mukilteo to the beach but then both (at the same time) said we should go to Forest Park. It just so happened to be the first day they opened up the Water Playground! On our way to Alyssa's 5yr check up! SO BIG!!! She also has her first loose tooth! Here are some pictures of her showing it off. She came home Monday (5/18) saying she broke her tooth. Not knowing what she was talking about I asked her what she was talking about. As soon as she said she bit down on an APPLE (I knew she had a LOOSE tooth!) and broke her tooth. I checked it out and sure enough we had a wiggler! I have a 5yr old and 17 days later she has her 1st loose tooth. It's like clockwork!

Everything is happening too fast! =(

Andrew & Beth invited us out to their parents cabin on the beach on Camano Island. It was a beautiful day & the kids had so much fun in the sun. What is the best thing to do while you are at the beach?

On our walk back to the house Daddy and Uncle Jake were walking down to meet us w/ a football & basketball. So, we decided to play on our walk back. I kept trying to go out in the road like Daddy and Uncle Jake do when they toss the football w/ their friends! Ok, had to go up one more time to get this shot!

Santa came to visit in Arlington this past weekend. We took all the kids down to see him & his parade but of course were about 2 minutes late for the 2 minute parade! Kaylee hated Santa this year, can't you tell? She was fine as long as she wasn't being held by him. Jaedyn was ok with him, just looked at him like "Mom said it was ok so I'll go with it!" It was a lot of fun! (I know, I need a new camera. It is #1 on My list! :o) )
